My mother always took my anxiety attacks as a sign of weakness. Both in mind, body, and spirit.
And she might be right.
However, when I was a young girl and crying/hyperventilating in a corner in a dark room (having the lights off calmed me whenever I was sad), it led to unhealthy habits that I have to deal with to this day.
So I looked these up to help with the anxiety attack and they really helped.
